- Ship the Item Back:

- Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- It may take 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value if:
