If you want to return or exchange amber products that you are not satisfied with, please contact us by e-mail info@amberseller.eu before returning.
Provide the reason for return or exchange, date of purchase and your invoice number.
We accept product returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returned amber jewelry must be carefully packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transportation. It is recommended to register and insure the shipment you return.
Buyer is responsible for all return charges, damages & losses while in transit.
If you receive a damaged product, please send us a photo proof before returning.
(Note that once an item has been purchased a cancellation of an order is not possible before it is delivered.)
You will have to fill customs declaration form in your post office and mark parcel as gift and state value not higher than 5 Euros/ 6 USD. In case you forget to do this, your parcel will be refused and the customs officials will be assigned to deliver it back to the sender.
