3. Ship the Item Back:

   • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• It may take 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value if:
